Welcome to Apex Wrestling Academy – Youth Advanced Fall Session 











Thank you for registering for the Fall 2025 Youth Advanced Wrestling Session at Apex Wrestling Academy! We’re thrilled to work with committed young athletes and look forward to helping your wrestler reach the Apex of their athletic potential.   With Sundays only, this allows your wrestler to still play football or other sports while still working at their winter wrestling goals. 












Program Overview 











Our focus is on high-level technique development and competitive readiness for the upcoming season for 1st- 6th Grade. This session is for wrestlers who want to jump levels and will need to have focus and discipline.  This session is ideal for wrestlers preparing for: 











  • MYWAY / WarZone  Upcoming Season











  • Fall tournaments













We’ve identified a few key competitions this fall that the Youth Division will target:
 
  • 🟢 Grappler Fall Classic Sandusky Ohio









  • 🟣 Freak Show – Las Vegas, NV












These events are designed to challenge athletes and elevate their skills ahead of the main season.

⚠️ Note: No practice will be held during Labor Day week or if coaches are traveling for tournaments.

🧭 The wrestling room is located at the back of the property.


What to Bring

✅ Full water bottle
✅ Comfortable workout clothes (t-shirt and shorts/pants)
✅ Wrestling shoes


Before & During Practice
 
  • Please arrive on time and be ready to begin at 5:00 PM sharp.











  • A coach will be available 20 minutes before class starts to assist and answer any questions.











  • Parents are encouraged to drop off and pick up athletes rather than remain in the wrestling room. However, we understand it may be a new experience for some—flexibility will be offered during the first few weeks.
