Program Objectives:
- Foster listening skills and accountability in training.
- Improve body awareness and coordination through targeted exercises.
- Introduce positional sparring to develop match awareness.
- Build self-confidence and communication skills on and off the mat.
- Utilize goal-setting to encourage continuous improvement.
- Instill a passion for sport through challenging but fun wrestling specific games and exercises.
