  • Practice begins at 2:00 p.m. Practice ends at 3:30 p.m. 
    • if necessary to leave prior to the end of practice, let the coach know at the start of practice.

  • Plan to arrive by 1:50 for check-in

  • Bring a refillable water bottle; filtered water is available on-site
  • Middle School and High School wrestlers. FWC encourages wrestlers to invite a practice partner. 
  • Parents, drop-off for practice.  Pick up at 3:30 p.m.
