Notes

• Practice begins at 6:00 p.m. Practice ends at 7:00 p.m. 
  • if necessary to leave prior to the end of practice, let the coach know at the start of practice. 
• Coaches Aarin Feliz, Erik Dodder, Airin Spell 
• Plan to arrive by 5:50 for check-in

• Bring a refillable water bottle; filtered water is available on-site
• Bring a notebook
• Please put wrestling shoes on inside the center, or wear covers/slides to protect (and keep clean) the soles of your wrestling shoes
• Beginners Practice: all wrestlers, ages 5-12. FWC encourages wrestlers to invite a practice partner. 
• Parents, drop-off for practice.  Pick up at 7:00 p.m.
