Outlaw Wrestling Practices
At Outlaw Wrestling, our practices are designed to build disciplined, skilled, and mentally tough athletes. We focus on high-level technique, live wrestling, and situational drilling to ensure our wrestlers develop a well-rounded skill set. Our sessions emphasize Folkstyle fundamentals, advanced transitions, and effective mat strategies to help wrestlers dominate in all positions.

What to Expect in Practice:
Warm-ups & Mobility – Injury prevention and movement preparation.
Technique Sessions – Detailed instruction on takedowns, mat returns, rides, escapes, and turns.
Live & Situational Wrestling – Specific drills to reinforce match awareness and scoring opportunities.
Strength & Conditioning – Building endurance, speed, and explosive power.
Mindset & Grit Development – Teaching resilience, discipline, and a champion’s mentality.

What to Bring:
🎒 Wrestling Shoes – Required for safety and performance.
🎒 Headgear (Recommended) – Helps prevent ear injuries (especially for younger wrestlers).
🎒 Athletic Shorts & T-shirt or Singlet – Fitted, non-baggy clothing for safe movement.
🎒 Mouthguard (If Needed) – Required for athletes with braces.
🎒 Water Bottle – Hydration is key! Bring enough water for the entire practice.

Our coaching staff, led by experienced wrestlers and coaches, is committed to developing every athlete, from beginners to elite competitors. We push our wrestlers to reach their full potential in a high-energy, supportive, and competitive environment.
