Outlaw Wrestling Club – Match Days
Match Day at Outlaw Wrestling Club is a key part of our athlete development system. These in-house events are designed to simulate a real tournament environment in a low-pressure setting, allowing wrestlers to gain valuable experience without the stress of official competition.
Each Match Day includes structured, live matches with referees, scorekeepers, and time on the clock. The focus is on building tactical awareness, improving decision-making, and developing match composure.
Match Day Format:
- 30-minute dynamic warm-up led by coaches
- 60+ minutes of live matches
- Each wrestler aims to get at least 3 matches
- Referees, scorekeepers, and timers provided
- Emphasis on situational wrestling and in-match adjustments
There are no medals, brackets, or pressure to win — just high-quality reps, learning opportunities, and mat time that matters. Match Day is where our athletes turn training into performance.
