Adults Grappling Program 

The Adults Grappling Program is led by Antonio Aparicio and Evan Janson, combining the best of grappling disciplines in a structured, welcoming environment. Antonio brings prior Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience, while Coach Evan contributes a strong background in collegiate wrestling, offering athletes a well-rounded approach to stand-up, control, and ground grappling.

This program is designed for adult athletes of all backgrounds, including hobbyists, former wrestlers, current jiu-jitsu practitioners, MMA fighters, USA Wrestling Open State competitors, and adults looking to stay active. Classes emphasize technical development, live grappling, conditioning, and practical self-defense concepts, all while fostering a fun, supportive atmosphere focused on health and wellness.

Start Date: Sunday, December 28, 2025 (6:00–8:00 PM)
Weekly Schedule:
• Sundays: 6:00–8:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 5:00–6:30 PM

Cost: $20 drop-in fee (pay online or in person)
