Details
This small group is designed for both Level 1 and Level 2 wrestlers, offering a combination of skill-building and competitive growth. Geared toward athletes with 1 to 5 years of experience, the program focuses on developing fundamental technical skills, building confidence on the mat, and introducing competition and performance. Wrestlers will continue to develop their foundational skills and a passion for play wrestling, while refining their technical knowledge, and gain confidence to compete at higher levels.

If you confirm your wrestler’s participation, the expectation is that they attend consistently. Wrestling is a team sport—let’s show up, work hard, and have fun learning and improving together!


Where?
TWCA host at The Mat Club in Boonton, NJ.  Clickable Google Maps link above under location. Enter The Mat Club via the lower level by going down the stairs on Boonton Avenue, open the door and walk-in. Then check-in and wait in the locker room for the start of your class. First day? Absence policy:  
Just like school, if you do not notify us via WIQ of an absence they will be marked as unexcused. 

Membership: 
This counts as a class time on your subscription membership, so please make sure you have the appropriate membership by dm'ing Admin on WrestlingIQ and Christina will get you scheduled and on the right membership.

Time:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30-5:30pm year round. Holidays will be off. Please check WIQ calendar if unsure before coming in.

Who?
This class is designed for Level 1 and Level 2 wrestlers, ages 4-10, with 1 to 5 years of wrestling experience. It focuses on advancing fundamental wrestling movements while refining their technical knowledge.  Through structured training, wrestlers will expand their skills, and continue developing their overall athletic foundation.
